\nPosition Overview
\n \nSt. Mary's General Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team.
\n \nThe ideal candidate will possess strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to provide excellent patient care while supporting daily practice operations.
\nOperating room (OR) experience is required.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\nProvide high-quality patient care while maintaining professional and clinical standards.
\nSupport the daily management and operations of the practice.
\nCollaborate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
\nPerform clinical duties, including taking vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and other patient care procedures.
\nMaintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and internal and external partners.
\nDemonstrate strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
\nEnsure attention to detail and adherence to established clinical standards.
\n \nQualifications
\nRequired:
\nCurrent and valid Physician Assistant (PA) license.
\nCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA), or the ability to obtain and maintain certification upon hire.
\nOperating room (OR) experience.
\nExcellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
\n \nPreferred:
\n- Bilingual communication skills.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $104,000.00 to $139,963.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
