About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population at an on-site clinic, working Monday through Friday on four 10-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with an expected caseload of up to 16 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities include the evaluation and management of primary care conditions, with an emphasis on type 2 diabetes, including comfort with oral diabetes medications, GLP agents, and insulin. Clinicians with at least one year of experience in primary care and demonstrated management of type 2 diabetes are preferred; those with diabetes management experience in a primary care setting are also considered. Clinicians without diabetes specialty experience will not be scheduled for patients with complex diabetes. Massachusetts NP license and DEA registration are required.
